DE CONFISERIE TRADING W.L.L. (“De Confiserie”) respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with Qatar’s Law No. (13) of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

• Communications with us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Browser storage: your cart and delivery details are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so you don’t need to re-type them. We do not use advertising cookies.

• To confirm, prepare and deliver your order
• To contact you about your order or enquiry
• To keep business and tax records required by law

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with delivery partners to deliver your order, and with authorities where required by law. Orders are sent through WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp LLC/Meta under its own privacy policy.

4. Payments

We do not collect or store card details on this Website.

5. Retention

Order records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by contacting us. You can clear your cart data at any time by clearing your browser storage.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No internet transmission is completely secure.

8. Children

Orders should be placed by adults or with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
